New Delhi: According to the exit polls for the Lok Sabha, Modi is going to sit again on the throne of Delhi. In the exit polls, if Modi is seems to win, it may be due to many issues which becomes turning point to the BJP. These are issues on which the Prime Minister will have won the hearts of millions of people in the country.
In his rallies, PM Modi has mixed experiment with nationalism, strong government, development and Hindutva. PM Modi went on to contest these issues and campaigned aggressively. The number of seats that are being estimated from the exit poll proves that these issues and his aggressive election campaigns have been a super hit.
Nationalism with Balakot Air Strike
The retrograde answer to Pakistan’s terrorist acts is proving to be a brahmastra that disarmed the opposition. In the 2019 elections, if the BJP is seen riding on a huge chariot of victory, the impression of people in it is working that if Modi is, then the response to Pakistan is possible.
Return of Abhinandan and strong government
On the martyrdom of CRPF 40 soldiers in Pulwama, the whole country was in anger, Prime Minister Modi made air strikes at Balakot’s terrorist bases in Pakistan. This gave Pakistan a cautious reply. At the same time, with the positive return of Wing Commander Abhinandan from Pakistan, PM Modi gave his government a medal of strong government.
Aggressive Response of ‘Chowkidar Chor Hai’ Campaign of Rahul Gandhi
Congress President Rahul Gandhi on the Rafael Defence deal, directly charged on Prime Minister Modi. The PM had once described himself as the ‘chowkidar’ (watchman) of the country. When Rahul elevated the election slogan of ‘Chowkidar Chor Hai’ by making him the basis, Modi countered a new campaign of ‘Mai Bhi Chowkidar’ (I am also a watchman). Exit polls show that it also plays a role in turning Dice in favour of BJP.
6 thousand rupees to farmers
Another weapon of prime minister is seen to be huge on opponents in the battlefield of votes. It seems that for the farmers, the annual amount of 6 thousand rupees from Prime Minister Modi’s Kisan Samman Yojana worked well, whereas the Congress had promised a Rs 72 thousand NYAY (Minimum income guarantee) scheme.
10% reservation for poor upper cast
Last year, when the government’s attitude towards the SC-ST Act increased the resentment of the upper castes, the Modi government declared 10 percent reservation for the general category people in government and private jobs and educational institutions. The result is beneficial for the BJP.
Advantage of lack of coordination in opposition
After Exit poll it seem that lack of coordination and confusion in the opposition cleared the way for Modi. Against Modi, the SP-BSP-RLD in Uttar Pradesh was on one side and Congress was standing on the other side. Similarly, in Delhi, the Congress and AAP are not able to synergize. In West Bengal, the opposition parties were not ready to contest the elections together.
