Bhubaneswar : Microsoft commenced its campus recruitment of B.Tech students of 2020 batch in India by visiting the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), faculty of engineering and technology of SOA Deemed to be University here, on Monday.
Microsoft recruited eight B.Tech students of 2020 batch from the institute having chosen nine graduates from its 2019 batch earlier.
Students belonging to the 2019 graduating batch from ITER are being offered excellent placement choices by companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Reliance Industries, BOSCH, Deloitte, IBM, CTS, Infosys, WIPRO, HighRadius, TVS Motors, MuSigma and Tata Steel.
Companies like Reliance Industries (IT) had recruited students for Internship cum Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for the 2020 graduating batch.
ITER, which has facilitated placement of over 25,000 of its students in various companies of repute across the world since 2000, has a well laid-out systematic process to enable students realize their career aspirations through placement. The whole process has been designed to groom the students to achieve such competence level where they could make themselves saleable and meet the requirements of the industry.
