This lemonade with coconut milk is a luxuriously smooth and rich drink perfect for special occasions. The gulkand (sweet preserve of rose petals) adds a wonderful fragrance and a slightly pinkish hue to the richness of the coconut milk and turn the whole affair a must have.

Ingredients

Coconut milk- 2 cups
Soda or aerated lemon soft drink- 300 ml
Lemons- 2
Honey- 2 tbsp
Powdered Sugar- 2 tbsp
Few leaves of mint
Gulkand- 1 tbsp

Preparation Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve with ice in coconut shells
Garnish with lemon slices or pieces of tender coconut.
