Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will make yet another trip and campaign for party candidates in Odisha on April 23.
Modi is scheduled to address two election rallies in Kendrapara and Balasore, said BJP State unit spokesperson Golak Mohapatra.
Election to the 14 Lok Sabha seats and 147-member Odisha Assembly are being held in four phases starting from April 11.
Since the announcement of elections last month, Modi has undertaken back-to-back visits to Odisha as part of saffron party’s efforts to strengthen the party’s network.
The party had managed to win a single seat in Sundargarh out of 21 Lok Sabha seats in 2014 polls while the saffron party could win 10 out of 147 seats in the assembly in last elections.
