Puri: A post graduate degree holder, who had made it to viva voce test twice for the state civil service examination, was found begging at the grand road close to Jagannath temple in the Puri pilgrim town.
Sujit Kumar Padhee (54) is a post graduate from the prestigious Ravenshaw College in Cuttack. After completion of studies, he served as a teacher in a English medium private school. He had set his target to become state civil servant. He qualified twice in the written tests for the state civil service examination. However he had failed to crack the job as he could not get the better of viva voce test.
He had slipped to depression following failure to crack the civil service.
The bearded man attired in torn apparels was spotted by some of his college mates. Later they shifted him mental health institute in SCB medical college and hospital in Cuttack.
Earlier last month, a B tech degree holder was spotted begging at the pilgrim town.
